Americana in Color

This Americana gallery is a collection of my literal and interpretive images of buildings, artifacts and other items that are a part of the geography, cultural heritage, folklore, and history of the United States. In these photographs I hope to visually preserve a bit of the history of the United States, especially because some of the subjects of these photographs already no longer exist, and others may soon vanish from the scene. As you can see, this gallery has full color images, but I recommend that you also view the “Americana in Monochrome” gallery for a full range of different photographs, interpreted in variations of black & white in the tradition of the early Masters of Photography.
