"ZigZag Bridge"

This ZigZag Bridge, through a bed of ferns, is in the Japanese Garden area of Gibbs Gardens in Ball Ground, Georgia.
Uninformed Westerners thought that evil spirits could only travel in straight lines and that Japanese gardens have zig-zag bridges to prevent evil spirits from following them. However, the reality is that Japanese gardens do sometimes have zig-zag bridges featured, because they are attractive and are interesting to walk over.
